Shipping policy

Orders ship from our warehouse in Montreal on Mondays-Fridays, excluding Canadian holidays. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of any additional shipping fees which may include duties or brokerage fees which may be charged by the postal carrier upon delivery. These fees are often determined by the country of your shipping address and are not the responsibility of Goldie M&E Enterprises or its employees. 

US Media Orders: Media items such as vinyl records should be exempt from tariffs and duties as they fall under the protection of US law 50 USC 1702(b)(3) but we can’t guarantee how US Customs and each postal carrier will implement these exemptions. We are not responsible for COD fees and shipping costs will not be refunded for returns.

US Orders: Our US courier does not deliver orders to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid shipping address to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion. A Goldie Ent. representative may reach out to you to ask for a different shipping address if necessary.
